Description
My friend and frequent collaborator, J. Torres (writer of Teen Titans Go!, Wonder Girl, and Wall-E, among others), recently worked on an update of the Archie Comics character, Li'l Jinx. In the revamp, Jinx and her pals are now teenagers, and the miniseries was appropriately titled Teen Jinx.
Having been an avid Archie reader as a kid, I was excited when I first heard about this from J., so I decided to do some designs for a few of the characters, in the hopes that J. might submit them to the Archie editor he was working with. As it turns out, they had already chosen an artist for the project: the awesome Rick Burchett (who, coincidentally enough, preceded me as the artist on Batman: Gotham Adventures oh-so-many years ago), so J. didn't bother showing my designs to the editor. Oh, well.

I've read a few Archie comics digest and I've read the Lil Jinx comics and the designs you've drawn for them make them look like Archie and his friends. The new designs I've seen look like the new look series.
