Artist's Comments

For a Scooby Doo story I drew a couple of years ago, I had to come up with a cast of suspects that were partially inspired by the characters from the board game Clue.

Love the designs man. That is awesome you did some Scooby work. I have to know, who did it? And, was there a candlestick involved?

You did this? Wow...that was one of my favorite Scooby comics! I bought that one...recognized the characters even on the tiny thumbnail.

Do you still draw Scooby stuff?

I'm glad you enjoyed it! All told, I think I did maybe four or five Scooby stories, but I haven't done any for awhile. Lately, DC seems to be reprinting a bunch of stuff rather than coming out with new material.

Thanks! In classic Scooby fashion, none of these characters actually "did it" -- it was the owner of the mansion, who isn't even pictured here :)

these are pretty cool man=] how long have you done Scooby for?

That's funny. I was actually thinking about sending my fancomic to them, if only to stimulate ideas so they wouldn't have to keep doing re-runs too! I've done two stories with some illustrations, and two fancomics. They are all 1940s stuff from the world of Indiana Jones, so they won't get published, of course.

Am finishing up my fifth story, and about to start on my sixth (and last) story. I usually don't get too much interest in art trades from professional artists, but if you are ever interested in one, let me know!

I only did a handful of Scooby stories, and it was probably around 2006 or 2007.

I might consider an art trade, but I don't think I have any art left to trade, unfortunately! I usually sell it at conventions, and the whereabouts of whatever might be left over is a mystery to me. Sorry about that!
